They messed up my stuff, not paying attention and I hired them 200 dollars hr and the guy was on his phone most of the time it took them almost 7 hours when should have been 4 1/2 hours they most they messed up a lot of stuff up Marcus took 4 hr to take a bed down that?s god awful and I have many pictures of my stuff messed up me and my wife really really sad about this.

Absolutely terrible experience with All My Sons Moving. They falsely claimed to be based in Cleveland, but I later found out the person I spoke with was in Texas. They did a detailed virtual walk-through of my home?room by room, drawer by drawer?yet their estimate was wildly inaccurate. In fact, they didn?t even end up moving my things because the quote was so off. I?ve recently moved three other homes and had no issues with other companies. This was the only one that was dishonest and disorganized. To top it off, some of my belongings were damaged and I?m still waiting on a response about how to file an insurance claim. If you?re looking for a moving company that lacks transparency and can?t be trusted, this is it. Avoid them.
