"Lee was fast and professional however he did not mention the required inspection because he did not want to give the government more money. I was uncomfortable with this level of integrity as I follow the laws especially inspection laws which are there to protect the consumer. He did a good job but he skipped the rest of the project he quoted without notice and stopped returning my calls. I had to find another plumber which I did and it was fine but ghosting is unprofessional."

When all was installed, mess was cleaned up and bathroom and shower ready to use. Install went great, tackling unplumb walls and getting a good seal. "The installation crew was very professional and kept me updated with the progress of the completed work. Completed work included: Installation, City inspection and approval, Electrician for the dedicated line for the sump pump and finished with concrete. I was responsible for having the plumber come in to disconnect and reinstall hot water tank and laundry tub. Quite a big job that went very smoothly."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. "We bought a house six years ago that the previous owners had used EverDry to waterproof. A little over a year after purchasing the house the basement flooded because the sump pump broke. I dug out the paperwork and realized there was a small yearly renewal fee that I should have paid to keep the warranty valid, and I thought I was out of luck. I decided to call everdry anyway and explain the situation. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and agreed to let me catch up on the warranty and sent someone out the same day to take care of the whole mess and replace our sump pump with a brand new one. There was no hassle at all, and everyone I encountered was so helpful. In the five years since I've had nothing but positive experiences with them as well. UPDATE 01/07/2018: They've been great. I highly recommend keeping up with their yearly warranty. It's affordable and doesn't go up yearly like I've heard other companies do. We had to have them out recently when our drainage system got clogged and they stood by the warranty and provided friendly and fast service with no additional hidden costs."
