In other words, clearly defining the landscaping tasks and the quality of work expected, spelled out in a written proposal. Those seeking a quick buck will never fly long term. This company is clearly in the process of defining itself and measuring the quality standards and effort that is necessary in order to gain customer satisfaction and in turn, be rewarded with a word of mouth reviews and recommendations.
