"The service I received was great. I called about a bathroom sink clog and leak. Jacob was here within the hour to give me an estimate. After checking out the issue he was able to do the job right then. Took him less than an hour to do. Sink is working great no more leak or clog and the price was very affordable. "I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done.
