"They did an AMAZING job - Robert seemed so personally excited to show us the end product - we love that he had such pride in his work.  He stayed true to his quote (despite the job requiring more complexity than planned) and he built his quote in such a way that we could do the installation in pieces (e.g. patio this year, wall next year, etc..)
