 + -1 moreThe quote was quite a bit higher than the other fence builders so we went with another company. I did appreciate how quickly they got back with a time to come out and do the estimate. They showed up at the scheduled time. When I have a different remodeling project I will consider getting a quote from them.

Description of Work: Mr. Ken Visbal ETEC has in the past completely remodeled my two family home in Hyde park from Complete Kitchens, Baths and basement finishing, deck and concrete work, wood fencing, minor roof repairs and major soffet repairs. paing and drywalling. you name his company does it at a price more competitive thatn any other contractor I have work with. his company now does all the maintenance needed on my rental properties. His jobs are top notch and leaves your house in great shape after the work performed. YOU CAN TRUST THIS GUY NOT TO STEAL. Description of Work: First I would have to take the time to let you know that not only are you gaining a great contractor but a good friend. I have done work with Ken of ETECH for around 7 years now and he has taken my 2 family duplex in Hyde Park and has almost remodeled the whole place!! He updated and remodeled 3 of the bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, stand up separate tile showers and custom tile work (his passion). He gutted and installed two new kitchens with tile work. He built an awesome media room with ceiling lights and speakers in what was before a dungeon of a basement. He fenced in my backyard with cedar wood and built me a huge deck. He has painted my house and done roofing and plumbing repairs. He currently is my handyman on rental properties! This guy and his crew can do just about anything .
