He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++"

Dumped rusted metal from the inside of my broken hot water tank into my floor drain when I clearly have an ejection pump system which caused a terrible clean up issue in my drain. Could not install a new faucet in my ceramic pedestal sink but charged me 2 hours for taking the old faucet out. We are not at all happy with their field plumber who did our inside plumbing. Would never recommend to anyone."
