"Plumber who came out had good customer service. Solved one leak and gave me two possibilities for the second one."

"Absolutely easy to work with, we had great communication throughout the project being completed. Took extra time due to myself wanting a special ordered trench drain to be used in front of the garage. We liked that they came out for a final inspection of the work that had been done and to see if we were happy with it before final payment to be made. We would hire again if needed. Good job installing the new house downspout drain pipe and trench drain."

"Sump pump install. Great service, very professional, quickly done, nice clean up. Very satisfied."

"Highlander Waterproofing of WNY was hired to install two sump pumps in my crawl space. Giulio was very responsive and provided the most reasonable solution to my water problems. He didn't recommend an entire "system" like others did. House is in Lakeville next to Conesus Lake and the water run-off and water table is high especially at this time of year. The space they worked in was extremely tight but the men did an outstanding job navigating the limited space. Two sump pumps were needed to capture pooling water in the uneven grade. The men also dug a trench 70'-80' to lay drain tiles. Lastly they installed a high-grade vapor barrier on the dirt floor to minimize moisture. They were able to accomplish all of this in a day. They cleaned up very nicely, were extremely polite and provided an excellent experience. I am confident the water issue has been remedied in the crawl space. I intend to hire them again in the Summer to repair and waterproof the outside foundation walls. Excellent workmanship."

"my garage had a major flooding issue, they installed French drains around the perimeter and tied the line into a existing well i have on my property, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Now I no longer have puddles making their way through my garage every time it rains, excellent work. i would do business with them again."

"I would hire them in a minute. They were very professional and did a good job. They were very meticulous in cleaning up, even on the street where the dirt from the equipment fell. I havenâ t had the work done that long ago so I donâ t know long range how well the French drain will work. Rey pleased with the work."
