"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

Sal the owner as well as entire crew were some of the most professional men I have even worked with. From day one to the final day , they were prompt, thoural, and was very committed to doing a great job. they took great pride in their work and it showed greatly. I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. I was given a very fair price for the work that was being performed and even then they went above and beyond my expectation. "Kirk was great!! He listened to what my wife and I were saying and responded very well. We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. A neighbor hired him to work on her landscape after she saw his work. Kirk and Rob were great!!!"

When I told him I only wanted to focus on four specific rooms, he seemed to get cold feet and started dodging my calls. He kept promising to send the revised estimate “that night” — multiple times — but it never came. Days went by with no follow-up. This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated. But Kramer’s was by far the most unprofessional, especially when it came to communication. If you want honesty, reliability, and respect for your time and money, look elsewhere."
