"Matt and his team were extraordinary! I cannot say enough... The price was great, but more importantly the customer service was something you just don't find these days. Personable, kind, respectful, you feel like you're working with family. In addition to upgrading our electric panel or breaker box, I wanted a bathroom light switch changed and he came back and replaced it at no charge. "Fabulous Relatively new in town, needed an electrician. Checked Angie's list and four providers popped up. Mr. Electric called me within minutes of my request on angie's list and I got an appointment that day. They were not only prompt but had sent emails with the name and picture of who was going to show up at my door. Brandon, was phenomial. He was honest, and patient and told me what was going to happen each step of the way. We had to wait for the power company to show up and turn it off at the street. He waited without complaint. He got the job done, he did not try to gauge me( although it was already expensive) but he explained to me what the problem was and why it needed to be done. I will recommend this company and Brandon always. I trust them explicitly. Even the manager showed up during this process. I felt well taken care of. "An easy job was called for to remove some old, unused pipe. The technician misdiagnosed the problem and removed much more than was needed, including active pipe. He then replaced the part that was needed. However, we were charged for the entire work. We had to call back to correct the problem with the tech. To be fair, he did. But the entire experience was shaky.show more
