I noticed a problem with our garage outlets. I tried to repair myself but I was unsuccessful. I called Skettle the next morning. Kathy was great on the phone. She said that they should be able to get someone to our house that afternoon. I got a call around 1:30 that someone was on the way. When the electrician opened the outlet box, his comment was that "wiring was really messed up". It took them about an hour to clean everything up and correct the original problem. I will definitely call them again if I need any electrical work! Thanks for being great!

Although I was scheduled for the next day, there was a nice surprise of same day service, as technicians were passing close by on the way to a scheduled appt. The outlet was replaced, the tech-in-training went to store to get coverplate, all within 45 min. Polite, professional. This was my 2nd experience with Skettle, will continue to keep them in mind.

My first impression when meeting Skettle Electric was he was aloof and indifferent. I was right because I asked him questions concerning the job and all he could say was I don't know. He didn't sweep up after he finished the installment and I have newly sanded and refinished hardwood floors. The job took about 35 mins. only and then he overcharged me in my opinion. He charged me $90. His receptionist never discussed the pricing, for these kind of prices they should. His business is just around the corner from my home. I will never use him again. I don't like being taken advantage of.

The work done is an accumulation of 'honey-do' projects and convenience items. Michael Pusati came out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled the work for the following week. I thought we were looking at a one day job, but it turned into 2 days and I am perfectly fine with that because all of the work was done with the skill and care of a true craftsman. We are extremely happy with the results. We don't know why we put these things off for so long? We look forward to having Mike back in the next few months to help with some other projects. Oh, and I can't forget to mention, Kathy is great to work with, too!
