"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"From start to finish, Dave, Eli, Susan, and Mike were nothing but helpful and professional. Our new kitchen cabinets are truly high quality and gorgeous! They are furniture quality built to our exact specifications. After our initial meeting, Eli came to our house with samples of door designs and wood colors. While we decided what we wanted, he took extensive measurements of our kitchen to ensure that all of our new cabinets would fit exactly. He had suggestions as to how we could improve the layout and functionality of our kitchen. We received drawings to approve and were able to make changes to details like moving the location of the trash, the width of the spice pullout, and where the knife block would be located. Both Eli and Susan were tremendously helpful and didn't hesitate to make the changes that we requested. "We are so happy with BKG! Noelle from BKG designed our kitchen to change the layout and add a dishwasher and island that we desperately needed and wanted. We went to her after working with two other companies that weren't able to give us what we wanted in our design. Noelle was quick to answer our questions, provide the renderings, and respond to additional questions as we were ordering appliances to fit. She is the most patient person and great at problem solving! Her industry knowledge helped us to order the right size appliances so we could get everything we wanted in our kitchen, like my farmhouse sink! The install crew was fantastic too. "The sales person met with us on a Saturday morning, which was very convenient.  He explained the process of selecting a slab, and it did not matter where we got the granite slab from.  After the slab was selected, it was only a matter of a day before we received our quote for the job.  There were no hidden costs; every cost was spelled out in the quote.  This is very important to me - I find too many times there are additional charges that you had no idea were required, and the job becomes more expensive than budgeted for.
Once I made the down payment (1/2 of total required), it was not even 2 weeks until install.  I believe it was around 12 days.  Premier was very good at letting us know what we could expect.  On the day of installation, they covered our carpets so they would not track dirt in.  The installation team was very professional.  Once the install was done, they explained how to take care of the granite, and what types of actions to avoid.  If we had/have any issues, they said to call anytime.
I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking to have a granite or other type of stone installed!"
