We liked some features from each model, but wondered if they could be combined. Bob was our salesperson. He had years of experience in home remodeling mostly with a company we had used in the past for our patio with positive results. He explained the Bath Expo did not use subcontractors and that he would personally inspect the final results to make sure that he and we were satisfied.
