When Bill noticed a few issues with the wood product we provided, he notified us immediately and determined how to make it work. He also gave us options & thoughts about parts of the job we wished to do ourselves to save some money. Bill's prices are fair, and his service and quality of work are excellent. "I am so impressed with their work! We had some hideous pre finished floors in the house we bought. Once they started the job, the floor weren't sanding like they expected. They had to do a lot more work to get the floors back in decent shape and applied a clear coat and varnish. Yheu honored the quoted price and worked so hard to do it right, even though it added a couple days to the job. I love how the floors turned out! I wouldn't trust anyone else to refinish hardwood floors. These guys are pros."
