They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! Since he was already here I had him remove a broken screen sliding door, put up a towel hook, close 2 faulty windows, and fix a couple of basement lights. These were all items on my â  fix-itâ  list. Would recommend to others and use again."
