"The service went well. They were running late, and they called and told me they were running a late. They asked if they could arrive a half hour late. I said yes, and they did so. They removed and disposed of the insulation. They also cleaned the mold from the wood and walls. And they set off an air based mold killing product too kill anything they could not see or reach. So far, so good."

Only issue was he spent over 2 hours out looking for a light fixture that would fit this abnormal cutout above sink. This task was not completed. Also the handyman asked to take our used appliances in the garage. I asked him to name a price, he tried to negotiate for them for free. Overall everything else was good and would recommend the company."

"The service was great. They were no problems whatsoever. They were a good company to work with. They were timely. I have no complaints. There were additional charges to the $445 Big Deal cost. I essentially paid twice that because I had them do the entire attic versus the Big Deal was just for a certain amount. I needed double the amount. They credited me that amount that it needed and then, I paid retail price for the remainder. The guy that gave the estimate was very nice and timely with the appointment. The crew that came out to do the work was very nice, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. I had no complaints. As far as the company itself, the product, what they are selling, what they are doing, and the installation, it was fine. I would recommend them. They came out probably within a week or two after I purchased the Big Deal. It was fairly quick."
