"We used Puroclean twice. The first time was great - they were very fast and responsive. The second time they were busy due to lots of flooding in the area. The second time there were some some issues (not timely, no dehumidifier, didn't communicate well, took steps without checking first) but once they realized there were issues they got in touch with us and corrected those issues professionally.
