They took the time to explain the difference between the various hard floor options. We selected samples to take home. After a few days of moving the samples from room to room, we selected samples that both my husband and I loved. We did have some questions about how best to manage some areas of our home. Marshall Carpet one had someone come to our home, listened to our concerns and provide us with options that best fit our lifestyle. Once the order was placed, Marshalls Carpet One scheduled both our installs (hard surface and carpet) in a timely manner that worked with our schedules.
