"Our home came with an Everdry warranty, 5 years later, we put it to the test!Everdry was fast, efficient, and friendly. They ended up having to dig down to the foundation of our house on 2 sides. They were amazing! The dirt was contained while the work was on going and once the project was complete they put everything back. Even the neighbors noticed their service and speed. "The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"I had big, big plans for a small bathroom and Brian didn't disappoint; he was a joy to work with and a pleasure to be around. My bathroom had to be gutted from the ceiling to the floor, and I wanted to go from a shower/tub combo with a closet, to a walk-in shower with a half wall, pedestal bathtub and 5 foot vanity - all in a 8' x 6.5' space. Brian was amazingly innovative when faced with a challenge, and believe me, with such a tight fit, there were many, many challenges! I don't know if we share the same taste or if he's just that intuitive, but he created exactly what I envisioned. I now have a bathroom that would look at home in any Indian Hill mansion - my only regret is that I didn't take his advise to install a pocket door. That way you could see inside the entire bathroom as you walk by....it's that beautiful."

"In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work. It is hard to find an artisan these days who not only responds, but takes great pride in his work. Thank you Nathan! Randy"
