"The day before Thanksgiving and we were preparing a celebration for 30 guests. My wife, unknowingly, put some things in the disposal that should not have been and the whole line in our kitchen clogged. We made several calls to other plumbing companies and no one could help until we came across Trinity Plumbing. We dealt directly with the owner of the company who was en route from another job and he came right over. He spent several hours tracking the source of the clog. Our house is 146 years old so much of the plumbing in our cellar has been rigged over the years. Mr. Robbins not only tracked down the source of the problem but, also re-routed the pipes so that this shouldn't happen again. And, given the nature of the timing and emergency their rates were extremely reasonable. Thank you Trinity Plumbing for saving our Thanksgiving Day celebration."

"The mold and asbestos testing was done was in my chimney down into the basement and also went into my furnace. I looked at the basement walls about 10 in. was back with mold and also tested my furnace was a 9 on toxic level. They came in removed all mold and waterproofed basement installed new sump pump and also air purifier system it was worth the money. Now no one has to worry about breathing in toxic poisoning. Chris and Nick did an excellent job for Stay Dry."

"I had big, big plans for a small bathroom and Brian didn't disappoint; he was a joy to work with and a pleasure to be around. My bathroom had to be gutted from the ceiling to the floor, and I wanted to go from a shower/tub combo with a closet, to a walk-in shower with a half wall, pedestal bathtub and 5 foot vanity - all in a 8' x 6.5' space. Brian was amazingly innovative when faced with a challenge, and believe me, with such a tight fit, there were many, many challenges! I don't know if we share the same taste or if he's just that intuitive, but he created exactly what I envisioned. I now have a bathroom that would look at home in any Indian Hill mansion - my only regret is that I didn't take his advise to install a pocket door. That way you could see inside the entire bathroom as you walk by....it's that beautiful."

"In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work. It is hard to find an artisan these days who not only responds, but takes great pride in his work. Thank you Nathan! Randy"
