Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! "We hired Todd back in the spring of 2022 to remove an old patio and install a huge 30' x 40' patio with walkway around to the front of the house. Todd and his team of professionals were awesome. I called Todd out of the blue and quickly discussed our plans for a backyard re-do. He came out that evening to scope it out and lock in the job for a small down payment. In a few days we had the estimate and plans. Then came the ripping up of the entire back yard. It had to be done. It was going to get worse before it got better. Todd took care of everything! The excavating, removal of old concrete, the regrading of the rest of the back yard, ordering top soil, ordering and installing the 20 yards of colored cement. Along the way of this process we had requested changes to the plan (we made it bigger and bigger and added gas lines, electric runs, curved the walkway and patio borders. Todd rolled with our changes without any incident. After only a short couple months the back yard was done (would have been quicker but the weather gods were not letting the work to progress at times). I can't tell you just how happy we are with our new back yard and patio!!! Todd even reseeded the rest of the backyard for us.
