"On a Friday, I urgently needed trees, stumps and brush growth removed from the fence lines and around my house that weekend. I called several companies and either no one returned my calls or they said they would not take the job due to it being a holiday weekend. When Cox Tree Service returned my call Friday evening, the owner was so nice. He came out that evening to assess the job and arranged for three people to come out Saturday and take care of the main work. We then marked the stumps for removal by a separate appointment with a machine that ground the stump down to the ground. I was amazed at how fast they worked and how thoroughly they cleaned the chain link fence line of 2 and 3 year grown trees and brush - including poison ivy and thorny roses and vines. The price was very reasonable; their customer service was excellent! I will only ever use them again when I need any yard work in the future.show more

"They have really positive reviews on Angie's List website. They did extensive services. They are spectacular. Marc Greiner, the owner, he's highly experienced, he has a degree in horticulture and you'd only talk to him for a few minutes and you know that this man knows what he's doing. He delivered and he did a wonderful job. He was very fast coming out and talking with me, he was thorough, he asked me a lot of questions about what types of plants I was looking for and I don't make decisions easily so he gave me recommendations based on the floral quality and the lighting because we have a lot of trees. He gave me recommendations on what he would suggest planting and so I gave him some basic guidelines on what I did not want as far as plants and the types of plants that I like. He gave me a book that I could look through while he was kind of surveying the property, so that I could put post-it notes next to the flowers and plants that I like. Even though he probably would not be able to get every single one of them, he would use that as a guide and that's what he did. They were big enough that the landscaping looked wonderful right after he did it, it's not like they needed to grow for a while in order to look good. They look fantastic. He had really good follow-up. He came back personally several times to make sure everything was coming along. We did lose one tree and he did not hesitate to replace it because he guarantees his plants for a year. He came back and replaced it with the same tree and it's doing fine. The price was much, much lower than I expected. All around it was a really good experience. I had him do some hardscape work. He had a brick walkway built from the front of our house to our driveway around to our back patio. Separately he hooked us up with someone he works with to put up a privacy fence across the back of our backyard. This is the guy to go to for landscaping and hardscape work.show more

"We’re very happy with the patio Winnscapes installed for us. They worked with us to figure out what would be best for our space, coming out multiple times to talk with us. The walkthrough was thorough and the contract laid out every step of the process. The foreman went above and beyond, filling in a small gap between new steps and an old curved concrete sidewalk by specially cutting some pavers to fit perfectly- which was a really welcome surprise as we thought we'd have to fill the gap awkwardly with mulch or gravel. While reseeding the areas around the patio that had been dug up they went ahead and seeded other parts of our yard that were patchy and struggling. They extended the mulching from the beds to the exposed area underneath our deck which made it look much nicer. None of these extras were in the contract. They even moved the chairs we had left lying around our fire pit into a neat circle at the end. It was never hard to get ahold of them. Best contractors we’ve worked with yet!show more

"From the initial consultation with Andrew to the wrap-up of the project, our experience was fantastic! We would hire them again without hesitation! Andrew and his team laid a new driveway and patio for us, in addition to grading our backyard, in Spring 2019. Nearly a year later and we are still thrilled with the results and get a lot of compliments from neighbors (the driveway they replaced was literally in crumbles). We got a lot of quotes for the work, but none had the quality of materials that Andrew uses. While the pricing was on the higher end of all the quotes, Andrew and his team are worth it! They are such hard workers and were at our house each day until the job was done. They cleaned up and even laid topsoil down along the edges of the driveway to make it easier for us to seed. Our neighbors had gotten their driveway done the year before us and commented how WOW'd they were with Andrew's attention to little details like that. The quality of work was great. They graded our driveway and patio and installed a drain so we no longer have water pooling around the garage door. The only thing we have noticed is that because the color of the concrete they use is so light, it stains easily. We have used cleaners that help reduce the discoloration, but it's clear where car tires and leaves have been. That said, we are still thrilled with the work and have no concerns that our driveway and patio will be around for many years to come!show more

Attention to detail was outstanding. I never expected it to look this good. This is a screened-in, attached 12' x 12' porch completed in cedar with tongue-and-groove boards, stairway and railing. The inside ceiling is vaulted with a fan box and outlets on all walls. Integration to the house walls and roof appears seamless. I believe they exceeded their budget on this one. <br /> Although some might think they are a bit pricey, it's worth every penny if you want a 1st Class job done.show more
