Called Bill yesterday and he came out the next day. Diagnosed several areas where I had leaks in ceilings. Did the work on the spot! Very reasonable price. Did quality work.

This was the third time Bill has done work for me. He was accompanied by his son and they got right to work trying to determine where my roof was leaking (the leak ran down an interior wall in our home). They were able to determine that when the house was re-roofed the installers didn't shingle properly around the roof vents.  They even photographed the problem so that I could see what they were seeing. Bill replaced the leaking vent and four others.  He also re-waterproofed the chimney while he was at it.  Bill (and son) are professional and easy to work with.  Both are very knowledgeable, with lots of experience, so you can trust their diagnosis.  They're not just guessing about what the problem might be!

Bill and Dave quickly found the problem and provided a quality repair.  Price and service were top notch.

Bill was extremely prompt in responding to my request for quote.  From my initial phone call to him until the completion of his work took less than 6 hours.  We had another storm within hours after his repair, and I was very grateful for his promptness.  I would certainly contact Bill if I ever need roof work done again in the future.

Very responsive. I called Tuesday, Bill and his son came out Wednesday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, explaining a few areas of siding and flashing that needed to be addressed. I gave the okay, and about an hour later they were done.

Service was excellent. Bill, was great at explaining the work being and was super responsive. He was also very friendly and had fair pricing. I would definitely use this service again.

I called Bill on one day and he was able to come the next morning to look at the roof. He and a coworker arrived on time.  He identified the problems quickly and was able to make the repairs on the spot as opposed to rescheduling.  The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally.  I was very pleased.

It went well. Bill responded in a timely fashion and provided a quote that seemed fair. Arrived when he said he would and the repairs look great. They haven't been tested by rain yet, but they blend in with the rest of the roof.

Some of the tear-off shingles ended up on our deck, along with staples/nails and that wasn't cleaned up. And he put the cupola in our trash can, which was a surprise, but not that big of a deal. Overall, a good experience and I would use him again.

I called him, but he was out of town.  When he returned he called me and came out the same day.  He inspected the whole roof and  told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix the problem and how much it would cost.  He was able to repair the leaks on my roof and I have not had any problems since. I would recommend Bill Greenwood to anyone who might have problems with their roofs.

Very well. Reasonably priced. He came out on time, and he and his son were very polite. Now that I know that he does a broad range of things, I will definitely look around to see what else we could hire him to do.

He arrived on time and was very easy to work with. He looked around and inspected things prior to climbing on the roof. He fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He then drew a picture to illustrate his work and explained what he did.

Bill was Professional and responsive. He arrived on schedule and fixed the roof. Roof is not leaking since then.

Bill and his son David are great!  They are always very fair with pricing.  Never try to sell you something you do not need.  We have a few rental properties and have used them more than once.  I highly recommend them!
