I have used this company for years . They installed my watering system and have serviced it as needed . I have full trust and confidence in this company . Very professional .

Our landscape architect was professional and curteous through the preliminary drawings and job plan. The job started going downhill when the starting date was moved back by a month to a 1 1/2 months. This left us watering 1/4th acre in the middle a 90 degree drought. The job also went downhill with the quality of the two laborers chosen for our job. One worker was more experienced than the other but was given so much work that he couldn't oversee the brand new guy's work. Quality suffered greatly in the spreading of seed and cellulose mulch. So much seed and mulch was spread that the seed rotted under a scab-like covering of cellulose mulch. Had the seed and mulch been raked into the poorly amended soil instead of plop-mounded on top we might have more than crab grass to mow. The lead landscaper bragged to us that he had never had to redoo any of his past jobs. Well our lawn re-planting should have been his first redoo. I would say that we recieved a 20 percent germination rate in the front center of our lawn and a 50 percent germination in the front-side yard. Due the the misplanting of our lawn we were promised a slit seeding application during the fall or spring after the work was done. After multiple calls to our architect and the Reipenhoff main office it seems we've been given the fade away treatment. We also had a bush that died under guarantee and after more than a year of waiting...we thought you needed the know the poor quality of lawn replacement and warranty follow-up that Reipenhoff provides. I've thrown about $800 into it (watering, fertilzer, seed, peat, topsoil over 3 summers) and a week of man-hours into getting it looking as good as it is.

They did a great job and it was very reasonably priced too. I spent a couple of hundred dollars on that service. I continue using them because they are very professional and careful with the plants. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and follow up with a phone call to make sure everything went fine and that is what I like them. The crews that come out are polite, but are very busy. They will talk if I initiate and the head of the crew with explain things to me very briefly when they first start.

They were fine. They really did a good job. Their price was average. Their responsiveness was good. I would use them in the future.

They are wonderful. They relandscaped the entire yard and that price was $1,800. They were great and everything they did was great. They were on time and the plantings did wonderfully well. They followed the landscaping plan really well. When I had concerns they addressed them immediately. The workers were very hard working but also very nice. Everything was beautiful when they were done. I met them at the home and garden show several years ago and I liked them so much that I did not get any competing bids because their landscape architect drew up a really, really wonderful plan. They are going to be giving me an estimate for doing a small landscaping project for my garden. I want them to transplant bushes and put up a fence.

They are always very responsive and proactive. They had called to schedule the turn on and shut off. Whenever we have had an issue they have always been very prompt to respond. They are very nice people. We have never had a problem with any of their services. Our irrigation system is working great.

they generally do a good job, but we have had numerous problems over the 4 years that we have used them. things such as cutting electric lines(landscaping lights) and not returning to fix after being notified, covering up emerging flowers in the spring with mulch and failure to respond to requests for additional work (such as pruning trees and problems with paver patio) their personnel is generally quite friendly, but we never know when they are going to show up, so that we can point out problems or request specific services. nevertheless, they do a better job than several previous landscapers that we have used.

The service was fine. At the time I thought the price was a little high, but I am old school. They workmanship was good and we were very satisfied with the job.

I would give them an "A" rating on everything, the price is a little high though. I had a really good contact person, and it was worth the money. The contacted me by phone, email, and answered all questions.

The work went pretty well and I would use their services in the future too.

We decided to use a service for lawn care this year and contacted Riepenhoff because they had helped us out with mowing last year while we were on vacation. We also liked the idea of using organic products on the lawn and their flyer said they were planning to start offering an organic alternative. The lawn mowing is going great. Somehow they have even managed to stay on schedule for our mowing through all the rains! The edging was completed and done to our satisfaction. We are especially happy that they are using organic lawn care products for us. Our lawn looks the best it has looked in years!

They did a good job. We saw them at an exhibition, along with other companies. We talked with them and we liked what he said, so the owner came out later on. We told him what we wanted and he made some suggestions and we went with that. So far we have been satisfied. Some of the plants have to be replaced, but that was expected. We liked his presentation and the workers worked hard while they were here.

The process was very smooth. The crew arrived and carefully checked the entire system to ensure that all the sprinkler heads were in working order, etc. They replaced or repaired, as necessary, elements that weren't working properly.

I think they do a very good job. The one employee who comes all the time is friendly, and very helpful.

I paid them in advance and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They had to deal with problems from another contractor we had as well as a cable company, and the price never changed. They did an absolutely wonderful, professional job. The job is being done over a period of years and is something we can add on to each year.

Ann carefully listened to our wants and needs and designed three structures that coordinated beautifully with our home. Her designs for the new landscaping are lovely, complimenting our existing plantings. The workmen completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend Riepenhoff and the work of Ann Davis.

They take it upon themselves to care for the landscape and plantings, and also alert me to any problems. I highly recommend them to others!
