"Package deal duct&chimney. Did not clean chimney with the package. In fairness did a nice job on the ducts but that should only have cost 100-150 so we really only got half of what we paid for. Representative did not go on roof, did not clear outlet ducts from the stove or the outdoor low point. The amount of soot removed from the chimney which was hard for us to inspect ourselves when someone came to do it a month later (not this company!) was appalling. There is no way it was completed. Don't waste your money on deals for chimney service in other words. Duct cleaning as advertised.

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
