Jeff and his crew are great. From the initial call to my small roof repair was less than a week. They even came out on Sunday which worked with my schedule. Will definitely use them again if I need any more roofing, or other project, done.

The ad said free estimate, but I was charged $150.00 by Jeff the owner. Lake Erie employed "bait and switch" tactics". The technician told me it was free as well. They were not hired, and they got my $150.00 fraudulently. Is there any way that I could get back my $150.00? The technician however, was professional, and did his job well. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND HOME ADVISOR FOR ANY SERVICES. IT SEEMS LIKE A HUSTLE OPERATION THAT CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

IT was a 4X6 asphalt roof repair and frankly I am sure $2000 is way too much and I was getting ripped off. sine as soon as I pushed the price dropped without much effort to $1700 I know I was at a disadvantage because I had leak and it was raining. I used their service but it's more of a one and done job and when the roof needs to be replaced I won't use them.

Lake Erie Roofing who blames a storm for our roof issues. Snow, ice, water and wind has been getting underneath different sections of the rubber roof that were improperly installed and sealed. The whole temporary repair the employee did is now failing as well. All sections of the roof they worked on are no longer secured to the roof. Most of the rubber membrane has become unattached. The rubber membrane has not been installed, glued down or sealed properly which seems to be the cause of leaking, expansive ballooning and trampolining. This issue was never fully addressed by the temporary repair and continues to be a problem. One example of our roof issues is when they sent a roofing employee to inspect and temporarily repair the roof. This employee was able to put his finger between the rubber membrane and the wood of the roof at the opening of an unprotected downspout. Another example is that a downspout insert was installed to only two downspouts out of 4. That alone has left two downspouts with the ability to allow snow, ice, water and wind to get underneath the rubber membrane and cause damage to our roof and building, as well as, the ballooning and trampolining. Another example is that the rubber membrane underneath the metal eve that this company installed, also became unattached creating at least one found large gap which is an open funnel to the elements. All seams in the mobile membrane areas are being compromised due to this ballooning and trampolining. The problems we now have with our roof originated and continues due to Lake Erie Roofing and not a storm. We have video and picture proof of our roofs condition including the examples mentioned above if needed. Lake Erie Roofing provided us with a 20 year warranty but it is not being honored.

I hired Jeffrey to tarp my roof, because I was waiting for a roofer to come out but Covid stopped the job, Jeffrey came out and put a tarp on, after a couple of weeks it started leaking, I called he came out and fixed it, started leaking again, now the part of the tarp is hanging off my house and Jeffrey will not return my calls, I have water coming into my house UPDATE**** SP got ahold of me and everything has been taken care of

Jeff,the owner,provided excellent customer service by responding in a timely manner and was very patient and efficient in responding to my numerous questions(lol). The roof repair was performed in a professional manner and I was provided pictures and clear explanation of the process!I look forward to future projects with the company!

The Job was completed in a timely manner and the workers was very professional. Great people to work with.

It was a small repair of the facia board and soffit for my roof, so they did not carry everything they needed and had to go get supplies, which took some time. Mike was very apologetic and I found him to be very sincere. They did work quickly and did a good job, although the caulking in between the boards was sloppy and has to be corrected before the facia can be painted. I liked Mike very much, and they cleaned up after the job was done, but honestly it is the small things I look for to determine if I would hire them again for a larger job and I just do not think I would.
