    We built a new house and the yard was in poor condition due to the clearing that was done. Stars & Stripes contoured the yard, brought in topsoil for an almost acre and seeded it. They also moved stone and used it in some artistic landscaping and bedding. The yard looks great despite the dry hot summer. Eric followed up several times during the summer and came back in the fall to add topsoil in a few places and reseed. He went beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend Eric and Stars & Stripes

    They are very reputable. They are a franchise. They are very good operators. They have two ladies there. They have a number of employees. They will do anything I need to get done, especially when I am sick. They take care of my home needs. They are very helpful. They are not very expensive considering that they take care of income tax; etc. I do not have to worry about my security with them. They interview and hire the people there. They screen them very well. The girl that runs the place is an educator. She runs the place with her partner now. They are both very nice and very capable of screening people. I have problems with my hip. I am not sure if they have therapy for it; I have not asked them about it. The people that they send out are very efficient. Their price is reasonable and very fair for what I get. When they come out, they call and inform their secretary. When they leave, they will checkout with the secretary. Then I have to sign a slip stating how many hours they have been at my home. I think it is a very good system; it is honest and fair

    Josh the window cleaner did not clean our windows. We are very dissatisfied. I notified them while the job was in progress. They sent a supervisor out, Tom, I think. His influence made the work a little better, but overall the work was unsatisfactory. Many of our windows were not reasonably cleaned. I would recommend that everyone uses someone else

    We hired them to Rockhound and level our yard along with removing the debris. When we did a walk once they were done with everything I brought up concerns, which he then would make excuses for. He said he couldn't get close to the property line because he had to leave 2 yd in between my yard and my neighbor's yard. I also brought up the fact that there were so many rocks left over to which he replied that the rock hound couldn't pick up those sized rocks. As we were walking we were still picking up baseball sized rocks. Our yard was left an absolute mess and they were saying it was done and to just put topsoil on top of it. We have thick black marks all over our sidewalk and on parts of our driveway from them turning the skid steer on them. The next day they ask for the rest of the payment. I told them that we were nowhere close to being ready for topsoil and went over all the issues that I had with the project. They accused me of just not wanting to pay the final bill and continued to make excuses on why everything looked the way it did. After going back and forth for a while they agreed to come back out and finish the project but only if I paid the remaining balance due. I told him I was not comfortable paying the final amount till the project was actually done like our original contract stated. He told me fine and that they would come back out and work on it. After I got off the phone with him he sent me a text message saying that they would refund me $800 out of my original 1340.11 and they were going to void the contract. So now I have a mess to clean up in my yard along with being out over $500 and I still have to hire somebody else to do the job. They voided our contract but kept part of the money that's not how that works

    These people did a terrible job on my father's lawn. Three people showed up, one went to the front and two went to the back. In the backyard, they were driving the mowers so fast and so recklessly that they left tire marks in the lawn. They left swaths of grass uncut. The edge that is against our neighbors wobbled wildly, by nearly a foot. They did not weed whack, they did not come with a blower and clean up. Then the tried to leave. I demanded that they come back and clean up the back. They did. But when they did, they left a riding lawn mower running in the middle of the street. The whole thing was completely unacceptable
