Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed

    I did a Google search which led me to contact Tim Myatt, owner of Reflections Window Cleaning & Services. I checked out a few other websites of potential candidates but Tim's website at www.reflectionswindowcleaning.info was the reason I reached out to him. His website I feel is outstanding! It's informative, easy to follow and overall professionally done. Based upon everything about his website, I felt that he must care about his business and how he presents himself and his business. I was right, he was as professional as his website led me to believe he would be. I spoke with him on the phone and my husband met him when he came to the house and definitely recommend Reflections Window Cleaning & Services

    Called on a Tuesday and he came out on a Friday. Said he would be at least 3 weeks to do the work, no problem. He also stated he just purchased a restaurant so he was very busy. No problem. He said he'd call Monday with a quote. By Wednesday, I called him to see if he had the quote, he answered the phone as if he wasn't happy to hear from me, stated he hadn't even looked at it and would do so tonight and call me later this evening. I asked if I would receive a call later that evening, to make sure I heard him correctly, and he said yes and hung up. That was the last I heard from him. His ad states if he can't do the job, or would prefer not to do the job, he would let you know and even suggest someone else. Him avoiding calling was a complete waste of 2 weeks of my time and highly unprofessional. I hope this does not reflect a representation of how he intends to serve his new customer base at his restaurant

    The guys were on time and did the work right according to schedule. They were timely, friendly, and professional. After pressure washing the house, they went back through and cleaned all the windows. Did a GREAT job on painting the white trim! My house looks like new!! Really happy with the results and with this company. Have also hired SE Johnson Painting, LLC to paint a room in my basement and they did a great job on that as well

His influence made the work a little better, but overall the work was unsatisfactory. Many of our windows were not reasonably cleaned. I would recommend that everyone uses someone else
