"Ross provided excellent service to stretch carpets in six rooms of my home. I thought I needed to replace carpet in all the rooms. Once Ross completed the project, in record time, (he is very dedicated and organized), I couldnâ t believe the change in appearance and feel, when walking on the carpet. He is very reputable and competitive in cost. I encourage anyone that needs carpet repair or cleaning, to contact Ross Thanks, KLC"

"Matt was very prompt returning my call and scheduling the service. The carpet looks great. I will definitely hire MA Carpet cleaning again and would recommend him. Thanks Matt!"

"Worked with Andrew from the Latonia Store who actually came to the house with a variety of samples of vinyl plank flooring. Once the flooring was in we worked with Max regarding installation. Installation was done by John and Uriah. We were "extremely" pleased with all aspects of this job and will definitely contact Carpets Direct for our next flooring project."

"We paid for 2 rooms, hallway and scotch guard carpet protection. I received a call before my appointment and they arrived shortly after. When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. It was my first time getting carpets cleaned professionally and I’m so glad I chose this company. Our stains were high traffic areas and they did a great job I’m very impressed! Thank you Aaron Jordan, you and your coworker did a great job I hope to get you again in the future."

"Unfortunately, the sales rep did not measure correctly. The installer caught the mistake and it became a two day job. But they gave a discount when I asked for one and the installer did a good job. I am waiting to see if any carpet bubbles up after 6 months."

"Great job! Had carpet removal done in a bedroom hallway and stairs. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company."
