When we discovered we had at least five inches of water in our crawl space under our house and a leak that needed immediate fixing, we were in a panic. Paramount Restoration and D'Andre to the rescue! D'Andre arrived, saw the situation, took immediate action, made sure that everything was secure (the equipment had to run for 24 hours), checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and was absolutely the best. He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing. This brings such peace of mind as this house is so much more than just a building - it's our home. Paramount treats it as if it was theirs and D'Andre treats us like family! Thank God there are people like these still around!

Kaden and Janine did the carpet cleaning and they did an excellent job.

We had Hunter and Caden ( i hope i spelled his name right) on july 24 2023 at 945am. They greeted my client and i ( her caregiver) and offered to help move our furniture they did such a great job, my client was very happy and they were super nice and not on their phones or talking inappropriately like some companies weve had in the past. She says for young men they were very nice and their smiles made her day, she will be booking for the coming spring with this company. I would give these guys a raise they did a great job and even helped get tough stains out of her living room for her which was a major concern of hers. I am glad we went with this company for the price i am very impressed. Highly recommend these two men for the job. ;)

First, I was scheduled in the job cue quickly within 2 business days of calling, which was important to me since the air ducts were alarmingly filthy in the new home I bought. Secondly, Todd called to let me know when he would arrive to do the work, and arrived on time, communicated what he was going to do, what to expect on outcome and timing for completion. I can't say enough about how courteous and professional he was and very considerate of my home space as well. He cleaned up after his work was done and I was perfectly pleased with the results, especially the new fresh smell in my home! Thanks Todd, I would hire you again in a heartbeat!!

The customer service was excellent. The workers were consciencious and could not do enough to accommodate me as a customer. I highly recommend the company. They are fair and honest. I give them a A+ rating.

I contacted them on May 5th and it is Aug 7 and they have not finished yet

It took 2 months to get this project done. Got the estimate. Set a start date. Sub came out to do the work, no materials,they thought that the materils had been del to the house. So needless to say. we rescheled for the next week The sub was great. knew what he was doing.kept the dirty work outside and cleaned up afterwards.

These were hardworking people, who were considerate, knowledgeable, clean & on time. Sump pump failure damaged my basement. New dry wall, paint & flooring. They were thoughtful enough to do minor upgrades I might have over looked....painting the paneled air duct to match the ceiling.

Everything I requested and more was done. i would highly this company due to there professional work, prompt delivery , and attitude> Job well done!! A great company!!! everthing I
