Very professional in moving heavy furniture. Arrived to the new place 2 hrs later than us while moving, but no apologies, no explanation what so ever. Claimed they did not have a lunch break. Very poor in assembling bed frames.

Ferguson did a great job! Their crew worked hard but found a good balance between moving quickly and taking time with delicate pieces. They setup all of my furniture including assembling three beds. If you are looking for movers in the Cincinnati area, I'd highly recommend them.
