I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! Overall things got done but I did feel like they rushed a bit - they measured wrong the first time and had to re-do their work but fortunately the mistakes are not noticeable because the rail covers it up. There was no mention of price in advance, which I should have asked about before work started. They asked for $300 but we settled on $200 as I believed that $300 was too high for the work, especially since it was completed in one hour. I suggest agreeing in advance on price, but they handled my pushback professionally and there was no awkwardness."
