They exhibited both a bias towards excellence and a focus upon customer satisfaction. Their suggestions were useful and appropriate, and they were highly responsive to our ongoing questions, requests and input. We were provided daily updates, and a most satisfying end result. Just like the name says, I only made One Call. Vinyl floor was damaged, and I needed a fast quote for insurance. Talked to Bruce on the phone. He emailed me not one but three different quotes to choose from. The prices were great, so we did the big upgrade and asked for even more work too. I nitpicked and asked for little adjustments along the way. It took more time and materials to finish than quoted but they kept the same low price. They were great!

Bruce and Ben did a great job installing my laundry room tile floor. They were kind enough to move my washer and dryer for me, and took care with my cabinetry and adjoining flooring. Their bid was very reasonable, and I am in fact going to hire them for a hardwood floor job now that I see what great workmanship they perform. They are also very nice guys!
