The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! "Finished result looks great. Two coats of paint were applied and coverage is very uniform with no bleed-through from the wood. The grid for the suspended ceiling was taped, so there is no paint on the grid. We made a couple of minor adjustments to the color scheme as the painting progressed, this was no problem. Greg and his wife added good perspective on the adjustments. The project was completed on time with no surprises."

Overall things got done but I did feel like they rushed a bit - they measured wrong the first time and had to re-do their work but fortunately the mistakes are not noticeable because the rail covers it up. There was no mention of price in advance, which I should have asked about before work started. They asked for $300 but we settled on $200 as I believed that $300 was too high for the work, especially since it was completed in one hour. I suggest agreeing in advance on price, but they handled my pushback professionally and there was no awkwardness."
