We lost our trailer we had bought 3 yrs ago to a freak electrical fire that took EVERYTHING from us. The only thing we could afford was another trailer that was also in desperate need of repairs. Overall things got done but I did feel like they rushed a bit - they measured wrong the first time and had to re-do their work but fortunately the mistakes are not noticeable because the rail covers it up. There was no mention of price in advance, which I should have asked about before work started. They asked for $300 but we settled on $200 as I believed that $300 was too high for the work, especially since it was completed in one hour. I suggest agreeing in advance on price, but they handled my pushback professionally and there was no awkwardness."
