"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. "Stay Dry Waterproofing did some crawlspace work for me. Some of the interior walls were separating from the ceiling, due to a soil expansion problem, so they installed foundation support beams which fixed the problem. They also cleaned/fumagated the crawlspace because they found some fungus/mold. Lastly, they installed an interior perimeter drain system that they connected to the existing waterpump basin. I am absolutely satisfied with all the work! The crew did a great job! I spoke to the crew lead a couple times during the project and he took the time to explain, in detail, everything they were doing and how it was going...he was very informative. It made me confident they were on top of things. Mark Menton (Company President) did the initial inspection which led to work being done. He took photos to show his findings and went over everything in detail and provided me with different options to solve the issues. He was easy to work with and a true professional. After we agreed on the best approach to address the problems he provided an itemized cost list for the project. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive to other estimates I had done. I went with Stay Dry Waterproofing because of their high ratings on their reviews and Mark's professionalism...I'm glad I did. I highly recommend them!"

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

We have a 98 year old home with an all brick exterior that had never been tuckpointed or power washed. Jason and Billy came out and powerwashed it first and they were able to get the original brick color back. Then our 3 main gentlemen: Justin, Nigel, and Rylan did the tuckpointing.
