He has painted and fixed the entire exterior of our home, repaired our roof, built a beautiful front patio with stonework, and also re-finished our cedar outdoor deck. All of this done with complete trust, no price increases unless there is an impending issue that comes up, and extreme reliability. "They were here and working by 8 a.m. All areaswere preppedwith plastic covering in each room. Ceilings were spackled and repaired as needed. Stain sealer was applied and dried . The workers finished all 3 ceilngs,cleaned up, vacuumed and moved the furniture back in place by 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I am extremely pleased with the job they did."

Even though the work was postponed due to the rain, Orlando called and emailed constantly to give me their schedule. They exchanged the top part of the deck and repaired here and there, and I find their carpentry skills are excellent. I definitely will ask him to do something around the house in the future."
