This was the second time I worked with Shecki and Jose. The first was painting the house exterior and it's still holding up well 5 years later. The second time was a re-staining of the deck. Work was done beautifully. Paint was neat, no streaks, carpentry was done well and we're very pleased with the end result. Pricing was a little high this time around. Hope that stabilizes in the future, would definitely look to work again with Shecki and Jose.

Sheki and his crew were performed the job on time with no issue. On top of providing everything discussed, Sheki was attentive, accommodating and patient to the details, updates and changes we had to address during the job. Would definitely use again!

First of all- Cost- this was an exterior paint job PLUS a significant amount of extra work and materials throughout - almost as if it was two projects in one- carpentry and full exterior paint. Sheki was up front about all costs to add work we wanted and there were no surprise costs. Fair pricing for the extensive time and quality work. Details: - Sheki of J&S was in constant communication via phone and text throughout the multi week job. I called him on Tuesday with my concerns for the possible project and he met me at 6:30am on that Wednesday morning to go over everything before we signed the contract. Throughout the job Sheki was responsive and ON SITE often to walk the project and discuss progress. - Office staff - Pam sent me emails, invoices, contract, everything organized and super fast responses. - Painting/Carpentry team- AWESOME. These guys are amazingly skilled workers. Carpentry, wood replacement, siding, paint, cement, whatever they did they did it extremely well. Meticulous throughout and on the final day spending hours on trim and second coats, cement, etc. I can't say enough about his crew. They got every single detail on point. - Transparent process throughout- Sheki and I agreed on contract- discussed additional work, materials (receipts were emailed to me) sent additional labor in writing, nothing went over what he said to expect budget wise. - Truth be told- Sheki made a lot of promises before the project -and kept every single one. - Would hire again 100%.

Our home is 93 years old and has aluminum siding that had seen better days. It had a marigold color that on sunny days wasn't bad, but cloudy/rainy/winter days resembled more of a baby poop yellow. So you can imagine our desire to paint it. After a referral from a neighbor who gave a glowing review of the work J&S did on his home (also aluminum siding), we got a quote which we found to be fair considering the high level of effort required, and in retrospect still feels right. J&S completed the work in about a week and did an incredible job. They were on time each day, kept the perimeter clean, and were managed well by the foreman who addressed our questions in real time, and himself executed a masterful restoration of our original oval oak front door. Also, the owner (Jay) was in touch with us daily to monitor progress. This allowed us to request some modifications which Jay not only accepted, but helped us to think through. If your home needs extra love like ours did, this is the team. They go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction in a throwback/standout-customer-service way. Our home looks at least 25 years younger while still retaining its dated charm. Passersby are complimenting us, and true story: neighbors have thanked us as if this improvement has raised the value of their homes too.

We cannot say enough about how smoothly, neatly and quickly the job was done. From meeting the owner, Jay Desani to working with the expert painter, Josue and his crew, it was a pleasure. Courteous and receptive to concerns/ questions. We live in a multi-level townhome that has an open concept with expansive wallspace and skylights-not easy to paint. They really did a great job and we would gladly have them back when we need to paint other areas of our home.

Jay, Jose, and the team did an exceptional job with our exterior painting project. From the beginning, Jay was nothing but professional. Jose and his team worked meticulously for the better part of two weeks, identifying wood rot and replacing with new carpentry as the job progressed. We would highly recommend.

Wow! What a great experience! This company did such a beautiful job painting our house. Jay worked with our budget and finished the job within in our time frame. We requested quotes from six companies and Jay was by far the most accommodating in terms of time frame, budget, and professionalism. Very well executed and earlier than expected they sanded whole house and patched up some spots before priming and two coats for great results
