Junior and his guys exceeded our expectations!  My husband and I could not be happier with their painting job of our bedroom.  We put off painting the bedroom because we thought that the price would be outrageous - it's a very large room with super high ceilings.  But we decided to shop around.  We had more than five painters come by to give us quotes.  When Junior showed up, we could tell that he was a pro but also easy going - how someone is when they are confident about their work.  We decided to go with him.  He confirmed the start date days in advance and showed up when he promised.  The work took exactly as long as he said it would.  It's not an easy room - height of ceilings, tons of white beams.  Not a speck of slate blue paint where it should not be and the room is as clean now as it was when they arrived.  They prepped the walls beautifully.  The painting around the white beams, ceiling and baseboards is perfect.  Did I say that we're super happy!  Thank you Junior and your team for being very reasonably priced, proficient, neat, courteous, and respectful.  I highly recommend All Painting Decoration Corp!  

These guys were a pleasure to work with. Nilton kept in tight communication and his guys were very responsive to requests and changes. They have an excellent eye and attention to detail. We even deferred to them for some paint color choices. We'd work with them again anytime.

Nilton was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He and his team did a beautiful job in painting all the rooms in my new home! They were accommodating as I was able to request additional necessary odds and ends, like adding a baseboard and filling in gaps between the floor and baseboards. The work was completed in a timely manner, but most importantly, incredibly well done. I was truly pleased with the work. The price was reasonably comparable to other contractors I had looked into before, and worth it, mostly because the crew is friendly and easy to work with.

Nilton and his crew who did the job (Luis and Jose) were great! His estimates are fair, his presentation is professional, he uses computer software for his proposals so it makes documentation very easy. They are extremely prompt, and do an honest day's work. They arrived on time every day, worked consecutive days, and finished the job on time. They were very neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. They make sure that you are satisfied with their work. Nilton did a walk through the day prior to starting the job to make sure that everybody was on the same page. He arrived with his work crew to make sure that they understood the job as well. Nilton even put in the extra effort to do additional things not initially in the job scope. I was very happy with their work. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew was highly skilled & professional. No spills, drips, even smudges. Arrived promptly at eight and left after clean up promptly at 4pm. A couple of rooms were newly painted and just some patching & paint matching was needed in cracks and settling areas. The matching work & repair was perfect. We can't recommend Nilton Silva highly enough. The pricing was fair and lower than several estimates we had received.

Returned my call promptly. Nilton came out the next day and sent a timely and reasonable proposal. He is very detailed, was able to get to work right away, and uses his own crew. Jose prepped walls, nail pops in the ceiling, woodwork, some settling cracks and did an amazing job painting. They were very courteous, and cleaned up the work area daily. I can’t believe we didn’t do this earlier. The house looks like new!

Nilton and his team did an incredible job. The spent a significant amount of time prepping the house, including sanding, priming and caulking. They also repaired significant areas of wood rot and even showed me several spots that needed repair that I had missed. The quality of the work is truly excellent and the house looks brand new. In addition, Nilton and his team were very professional and easy to deal with. They were also incredibly fair and there were no unexpected charges. I paid exactly what we agreed. I've never written a review on Angie's List before, despite being a regular user. I really thought that Nilton and his team were exceptional in terms of quality of work, fairness in price and overall professionalism. We will definitely be using them to paint the interior of our house, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We couldn't be any happier with every aspect of this job. Very easy to communicate with, the workers were here every morning by 8 o'clock and worked a full day. They went far beyond what we discussed. There was no up-charge anywhere, in fact they did way more work than we even expected. They were meticulous about making sure everything they did looked perfect, and it did! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a painter. They were the best! We will be using them whenever we need to paint anything!

Nilton and crew did an excellent job, from start to finish. Exterior surface of our house is stucco with wood trim, including several metal railings. Everything was power washed, sanded & scraped before primer went on. The entire project was as professional and complete as any I have seen, and this crew could not have been more courteous and willing. Every detail to this project was well taken care of, including the excellent cleanup. I would definitely hire again. In addition, the price was very reasonable.

All Painting Corp. was the most professional and meticulous painting service I have ever contracted with! Nilton was amazing. He made great suggestions and listened to all my concerns. Using his services made what could be a very stressful experience, an amazing one. I am beyond thrilled with the results...

He seemed to do a competent job, but I had some questions about how he advertised himself. He said he would take into consideration of that and change it. He said in his advertisement that there was a 5 year warranty, but then he said to me that is only if we did the original paint. What we did here was sand down the railings and put a coat of paint on it. That was a little disturbing to me. He said I will give you a one year warranty. He said you call me in a year, and if it doesn't look good, I'll paint it over. That is what he said, but then why did he have 5 year warranty in his advertisement? That was really the only issue I had. I gave him a B overall, because of that misunderstanding. We will see how well it turns out in a year. He was prompt. He came to give me an assessment to see how much it would cost. When he came to paint, there was a little confusion about the starting date. So he actually started earlier when we weren't even home. That I would chalk up to a misunderstanding. Something that could be improved upon I would say if he changed that in his advertisement, and if in a year from now the paint still head up on the iron railing I would give him a good review. But that is to be seen a year from now. On price, I looked at some other people and I don't know if he had one person or two people, but he managed to do it in one day. Other people were asking about the same amount. Something like that. Right now the quality looks okay. If he would have stood by the 5 year warranty, they I would have said that is excellent. If he wrote down 5 years, he called it a misunderstanding, but I read it at face value. He was very responsive. I didn't actually ask anybody who used him what their opinion was. Just the comments that were on the page. I guess in the future I would like to ask somebody who actually used the services before I commit. Usually that is how I operate. I would first look at somebody else first.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable... we had paint that hadn't been properly oil base primed under the surface which caused the issues... Nilton and his teammate showed up and worked diligently to fix... in between letting paint / spackle dry in the bathroom, they had time to paint the entire garage
