I usually donâ t write a review but decided that I would do it in this case. My computer was overheating due to the AIO going bad. I wanted to get my computer up and running the fastest without sending it back to the manufacturer for repair. I end up requesting a quote on Angie. Alan from WVS Solutions was the first to respond to the request. He came the next day to look at the computer to determine what was wrong and gave me a price. The price was very reasonable. He came back 2 days later for installation. I was impressed because he went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was fixed and did extra work to make sure that the fans and AIO were running correctly. He even call me a few days later to do a follower up. I would recommend him to anyone that I know.⠨⠨⠨

Mr. Alan was professional and very family oriented. He took the time to get me back into my computer plus expain the process. I am happy to have the WVS Solution for future computer support. Thank you Mr. Alan.

Alan is terrific and I highly recommend him! He gladly came out to my apartment to do the computer repair work at my convenience, ordered me the part that I needed, and came back to my apartment to install it, as well as taking his time to tune and speed up my computer. He also installed remote software so in case I have any future computer issues, he could help me out by remotely accessing it, which will be very, very convenient for me. He is very, very smart and I trust him, which is really important. Also, the price that he charged was very, very reasonable. Use him with confidence!
