Great! Jason Luft at Techease Consulting has been my personal home computer tech guy for over 7 years. I cannot remember when nor how my reliance on Jason of Techease Consulting began. It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. I have felt highly privileged to have a "home tech guy" service my home computers. Jason has done all my service needs for computers; advised me on the purchase of a new computer as well as an accompanying printer; laptop, external hard drive even installed all that I mentioned above. He's installed Microsoft Office software onto my computer(s). He's done so many things I'm probably not remembering them all; he's personable, genuine, just a good person. I have also referred him to several people over the years. What can I say...he's just great!!

Jason Loft was patient with our ignorance and gave the needed help to get our viruses out of our computers, to order for us and get a new computer installed when we got a new one, and to order a computer webcam for us at a great price when we were boggled about the choices. I recommend him to all my faculty colleagues when they inevitably need some form of computer service help. Knowledgeable, smart, patient and kind, and he also got along with our very large German Shepherd!

Very well. Jason was very helpful. He's done much more complex work for me in the past: Upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10; installing an initializing a new PC when my old one slowed down significantly and was running out of storage. Jason is very thorough and patient.

All of the above went without issue. Since the advent of the computer we have gone through several Computer Squads but none have been as professional as Mr. Luft. His expertise and knowledge at solving any computer issue is impressive, and his professionalism is beyond reproach. Mr. Luft is reliable and is prompt in meeting all scheduled meetings, If I were heading a company, I'd offer him a position IMMEDIATELY.
