"In the beginning when we hired Joe I thought he was very nice that was around July 2021. He seemed very eager to get to work which was good for us. Couple of months went by and the stairs were not done the walkway was done but it was crooked and shoddy. In fact it never passed inspection so I had to get another contractor in to do it the right way. Also hired him for the back at the same time to do a renovation to part of our garage which was a workshop. He was here until October or the end of September actually when I told him to leave just leave me the materials. He did not leave me the metal roof or the cedar shakes that I paid for and instead of the metal roof he left plastic roofing here. I would not recommend."

"It started off well, but the tile was incredibly substandard. When I voiced my concern, Paul refused to fix the work, apologize, or reimburse me for the cost of labor to remove it, purchase new tile, and have it installed by a professional. He is blaming me for not purchasing bullnose tile, but the issue is the layout and horrible cuts. Furthermore, due to our own naïveté, we had overpaid Paul for work not yet completed, which he refuses to reimburse us now that we’ve decided to part ways. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves."
