My call was answered within 24 hours, and in fact the technicians arrived within the same 24-hr period. They replaced 6 pulleys and two springs, made adjustments, and oiled the rollers, all within one hour. The doors now operate very smoothly.

Came and adjusted my old, worn out wooden garage door and gave me an estimate for a new one. Stopped at the shop to pick out my new door and it was installed within a couple of weeks. For the estimate, Frank arrived on time and was very informative about the choices I had. I decided to go with the best products he has for my home(e.g., triple layer: steel + insulation + steel R-value 19.40 garage door, and LiftMaster 8355 motor). The installer arrived on time, and completed the job within the time frame they said it would take to complete. He was informative about safety and operation of my new "high tech" garage door. I love the quiet operation of the door.

I was satisfied with the installation and as of today I have not problems with the workmanship. I would reccomend them again. Although, I would suggest using Hudson County Doors Garage door openders because If you provided your own its really no savings. I received my Geni Garage door openers for a wedding Gift and thouht I would save some money using them. Is delusional they will still cost the same if you order them from the installer it just a differece of $100.00 savings.

Frank and his staff were great. I had a unique problem and when their first solution did not work they immediately solved my issue another way. When the problem arose Frank was here within 10 minutes to solve it. They stayed until the job was done, they cleaned up ALL of their mess, tested the product, and walked me through the operation. Hudson Valley Overhead doors is top notch, residential of commercial.

It is perfect, its like new. The workman was on time, pleasant and knew his job, gave me a lot of information that was valuable to me. I was comfortable with the work and his expertise.
