Prime Management came out and did demolition on a barn I had in the backyard. It was a big job but they handled it very professional. It was great working with such a great company. Communication was great and they got the job done in less time than I had anticipated. Thanks guy !

UPDATE: after leaving a review to prime construction Managment, David Ryan decided to contact Angie leads to take the review down. But after providing proof to Angie leads they decided to keep the review on their page. Than David decided to write back on the review stating he never done work for me but since I had proof Angie leads took his respond off. Then David decided to reach out to me telling me that we are sorry I will be getting my other electrician out to you as long as you remove the review from my account. I told him get the job done I have already paid you 32500 dollars and you have not even done any work to get close to that money. So he said he will be getting someone els to come out this Wednesday March 13th 2024. I told him that is way to late and asked if he had material since Jenna said they had them at the shop Dave responded back with yes I said in order for me to belive you that you will actually have someone come out Wednesday why donâ t you drop off material at my job site the material I have paid him for this way I know you are not lying. He said he will and he never did as well as he will not pick up his phone. This is the problem with this company if you are a home owner or a GC be aware of this company I decided to file police report as well as get an attorney. Please be aware and if you have any question to anyone thatâ s trying to hire this company contact me. 6462343598 I will even show you proof of everything.

I am very disappointed and usually I do not write reviews but I have tried reaching out multiple times after paying prime construction management 32,500 To do electrical work over at my multi family unit total cost was 42500$ and I made 3 payments to them so far 10,000 the first time 12,500 the second time and 10,000 third time mean while they have only rough in electric no fuses were added to the panels inside, no meters were installed outside pretty much only thing they have done was run wire but finished nothing. I reached out and was told the company ran out of money and we have no money for material. I stated that I would like my project to be completed as I never was worried to write a check to them I trusted them but that is my mistake trusting them. I got told material is at the shop they just need someone to come out but yet no luck. Daveâ s phone apparently broke so canâ t reach him I called the â officeâ number which as far as I know they do not have an office. I got told yes someone will come out but no one has come out. So this company seems to be a joke and scam. Be aware do not ever hire them.DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! Terrible company as a General contractor I try to build relationships with other trades men but looks like they just look to take your money and never get back to finish the job. I never held payment I even released more payment than the job they had finished. I have proof that they have deposited those check and checks have been released.

Prime came out and demo'd a garage for me. The process was quick and easy. Dermot and Dave were very informative through-out the process. Very happy with the job preformed.

My basement was being flooded by all the rain we have been getting recently. Prime came out and installed some drainage and solved all my problems! My basement has not had an issue with flooding since. Very happy with the outcome !

I needed an electric water heater installed in my new house... time was limited. The team from Prime came out right away and my new water heater was installed in a day! The boys worked hard and the job went through without any issues. I'll be contacting them again for my next project.

THey did a small bathroom remodel for me,for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time-the two men doing the labor were polite pleasant and hard working and accomodsyimg

Ten day job took almost 3 months. Were hired to replace wall and drive. Far too many delays and they ended up compromising on cost -$. I hired someone else to face the wall. Office staff was super as was the the equipment operator, Cat. Absolutely no complaints there.
