We are a family owned and operated local business that has 35 years experience installing and maintaining lawn sprinkler systems. We serve a 35 mile radius of the South Glens Falls/Queensbury NY area. Elite Irrigation only uses top of the line parts and equipment. "My call was answered promptly by Maureen, who was able to schedule my sprinkler winterization. In fact, after I had a question about the complexities of my specific setup, she looked into it and let me know that the owner, Steve, was going to come work with me directly as he felt he'd be the best person for this particular job. He came out to complete winterization the very next morning, at 7:30 AM. He was prompt, friendly and helpful in explaining his process. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended!"

Craig's Mowing and landscaping is the premier Capital District landscaping company. Based out of Clifton Park, NY, our elite team of hardscape engineers serves clients from Albany through Saratoga, Latham and Troy. "Craig did landscaping and installed a paver patio at my residence in which they did a phenomenal job. However I also had a lawn irrigation system installed which is where things went down hill. The gentlemen who installed it was friendly and on time but he installed the solenoid valve incorrectly for the drip hose on my arborvitaes. He had the on/off wires crossed. Although the system said the unit was running, no water was being supplied to them. They of course ended up dying. I thought maybe it was the soil. So I had the arborvitaes replaced by Craig for a few. These died too. Today I decided to replace the valve and that is when I discovered the solenoid wires were crossed. No testing was ever done on the irrigation system. I’m a bit disappointed in the oversight. Otherwise I do recommend this business for all other work. Stay away from lawn irrigation."

I have tried SEVERAL times to find a different company to service me ever since but I have been told other companys will not touch a system they did not install so I have been stuck with this HORRIBLE company ever since! Every single year I have dealt with young inexperienced sub par employees that have cost me money and have done a TERRIBLE job and this company knows that and does NOTHING for the customer but continually up charges for the mistakes THEY created! Don’t walk…..RUN the other way from this company. I will have to learn to work this out myself or let it go rather than deal with this inept fumbling bumbling company again! I will not be extorted for one more red cent!"
