Summer Rain Lawn Irrigation

My call was answered promptly by Maureen, who was able to schedule my sprinkler winterization. In fact, after I had a question about the complexities of my specific setup, she looked into it and let me know that the owner, Steve, was going to come work with me directly as he felt he'd be the best person for this particular job. He came out to complete winterization the very next morning, at 7:30 AM. He was prompt, friendly and helpful in explaining his process. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended!

Steve, and his crew, were very enjoyable to work with. They were professional, courteous, and more importantly, did a fantastic job at installing my sprinkler system. I didn't have the easiest access point for the water hookup, but Steve did an amazing job at figuring out a solution. I would highly recommend this company for your lawn irrigation system needs.

Steve and his man did excellent job in replacing old valves and relocating some of them. They also installed a new air blow inlet for future winterization and replaced 3 sprinkler heads. Finished valve and valve box are very clean and organized and I am very happy with what they did. Highly recommended.

I called 3 irrigation companies to get estimates and Summer Rain was the only one that returned my call. Maureen was very courteous and we scheduled a date to have Steve her husband come to do a free estimate. A conflict arose for the date on their end and Maureen was quick to call to see if we could rechedule which I appreciated. On the day we scheduled, Steve arrived promptly and the estimate fell in to my researched range that I was expecting. He also includes the winter blowout free for the first year which is great. He very thoroughly discussed the whole process and patiently answered my many questions. I was getting my lawn reseeded so was hoping to get the system before this was completed and he was able to get me in the next week. They kept me appraised that the utilities and cable company would come beforhand to mark areas of underground cables. Today they came for the installation and it could not have gone more smoothly. They arrived promptly and told me exactly what was going to happen and how long it should take, and they were true to their word. Afterwards, Steve took a good amount of time walking me through the whole system. I love it! It more than exceeds my expectations! All in all this is a great company who still values quality customer service, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an irrigation system.

Steve and Maureen were excellent to work with. Steve showed up on time for the estimate and listened to what was needed then planned out an efficient way to properly provide coverage for the entire area. He explained the plan thoroughly to me and answered all of my questions. He provided me with a verbal quote right there and Maureen provided me with the written quote the next day. The quote was significantly less than one other quote that I received where the company wanted to put in 15 new heads to do the same job. Scheduling took about 3 weeks, which was pretty quick compared to several other companies that I called. Steve and his crew showed up on time on the day of the installation and went straight to work. They completed the entire job in about 3-4 hours and then brought me out for a demonstration. Everything works as expected. Overall this was one of the most thoroughly pleasant experiences I have had working with a contractor of any type. I would definitely recommend Summer Rain and plan to use them for all of my lawn irrigation needs in the future,

They come on time. They always call you ahead to remind you that you have an appointment. They are a small business and they are willing to work with you and for you. They remind you about winterization. They are an honest company. I have given recommendations for them before. Everyone has had a wonderful experience with them.
