"just now True building Performance's crew did an incredible job for us. The project was to insulate our home. These guys showed up with cheerful attitudes and completed such an incredible and efficient job. From start to finish they were friendly and interacted with our family all while working in the project. The kids enjoyed watching them work. They cleaned up after themselves too which was a pleasant surprise . It was also great that we were able to get more done than we had anticipated. Originally we had elected to insulate upstairs only but we are able to completely insulate the entire house, downstairs being from the inside. They have plastic protecting their workspace from top to bottom. Joe, the lead contractor is so knowledgeable and incredibly acomodating. Paul Mendel the company's owner is the same way. A great company to do buissness with. We are just overwhelmed with gratitude and amazement at what a difference we are already noticing in the reduction of street noise from the cellulose insulation. "The service was above any beyond what we have experienced from anyone else we have hired. From the initial contact right through to the end of the project their service was outstanding. Gary, Bill, Mike and Joe were true professionals. The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. We received daily texts letting us know their arrival time, photos of the progress and daily status updates on what was done and what was next. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. Our property looks like they were never here. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day.
