Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters.
