Done Best Cleaning

I do not recommend.

We're not very happy with them. The owner herself is terrific. They charged $75. I would tell others to give them a try and ask Erica to be the one to come and clean.

I have used them several times. They are very friendly, pleasant and they do a nice job. I enjoy having them in my home.

My husband purchased a Groupon deal for Done Best and scheduled service for 3 weeks before our daughter's due date to prepare for her arrival. He made the appointment for 4:30 on a Monday afternoon. At 4:15, they called and said they were running late and would arrive between 4:30 and 5. They didn't show up until 5:45, but did offer an apology. They stayed until 8:00, even though we only schedule them for 2 hours. They cleaned all of the nooks and crannies that I can't get to at the moment. My floors were swept and mopped, the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned and the kitchen was scrubbed. They even did dishes and cleaned the microwave! My previously very dusty woodwork is now dust free; windows and light fixtures are shiny. Even though they were over an hour late, they did call and stayed a few extra minutes. I am very happy with the condition my house is in and would recommend this company.

I purchased a coupon for 2 hours of cleaning by 2 people from Done Best. I called twice and then received a return call and set up an appointment for 9:00a.m. The owner had suggested 9:30 but I said that would be cutting it too tight. At 9:10 the morning of the appt. I called and the owner said she had me down for 10:00. I reminded her of our previous conversation and said I needed her here as soon a possible. At 10:05 I called and she said she was and quot;on the way,and quot; would be there in 15 min's. At about 10:40 she showed up, smiling as if nothing had gone wrong. At no time did I receive an apology, nor did she tell me she was running late. I advise her that there was no way I could fit in the 2 hours before I left for work, and that I did not trust her to be there without me being present. and quot;You don't trust me?and quot; she exclaimed. Given our history this morning, no.
I gave her a choice - find a way to make up for this problem or count on some negative online reviews.

Disorganized, unprofessional and clueless.

I purchased a and quot;Double Take Dealand quot; for house cleaning when I was 8 months pregnant with twins. My house could definitely use some extra TLC since I didn't have the energy or physical ability to do it all. I don't remember exactly what I paid, but it was to be for 2 cleaners for 2 hours ($150 value). I had never hired anyone to clean before and wasn't sure what to expect.
The cleaners were prompt and brought their own supplies. My house is 2,200 square feet so I knew there was a chance they wouldn't get to the whole thing (based on what I read on their website). I told them that my priority was to have the 2 upstairs bathrooms and the great room thoroughly cleaned and that I would prioritize additional items if they had time. The did a good job on the bathroom sinks, tubs and toilets. I was disappointed with the job they did on the one bathroom floor. It is the bathroom where I fix my hair and it still had product residue on it after they left. They did not clean either bathroom mirror. They vacuumed the hallway and the bedrooms upstairs as well.
In the great room they vacuumed floor the sitting area, cleaned the kitchen counters and mopped the kitchen/dining room floors. They did not clean any windows in this space. They also did not dust. I do not have decorative things sitting out, but I had expected that they would dust the TV stand and the pictures on the wall.
The downstairs family room also received a quick vacuum. There wasn't much that could be done in that area because that space was being used to stockpile baby supplies/equipment. They could've dusted the TV, a few shelves and wall-hangings, but I wasn't too worried about the space.
The cleaners spent 5 minutes or so gathering their supplies, chatted a bit, and then left with 20 minutes left of their 2 hours.
While they were in my home I learned about some of the commercial jobs they traveled for and also heard some things about the boss's son.
Overall it was a disappointing experience. My house smelled nice and clean, but I thought they would have been a bit more thorough. I am currently considering hiring a cleaning service or cleaning person to help me keep up with the house around a husband, 3 small children and work but I won't be utilizing their services again.
