Charles & Son Construction & Landscaping IncCharles and Son Construction & Landscaping did a wonderful job on my patio. Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. Rolling Stone Masonry LtdThis work was done in late summer 2019. The review is late in posting due to my own reluctance with social media; my apologies to Charlie and the crew at Rolling Stone for not being more timely with this review. A rotting wooden retaining wall (about 60' long) was replaced with a paver block retaining wall system. The crudely built set of stone steps for the original wall was replaced with new uniformly built steps out of the same pavers. The crew did excellent work, arriving on-time each morning and cleaning up nicely every day. The project took 3 days. What I especially liked about Charlie and the crew is that they were thinking and made some suggestions about the steps and some other repair work on the patio. The benefit of a late review is that I can report that the wall works and looks great after almost two years.- Jerry M.

Roy Targia MasonryRoy, his foreman Joe and the crew did a great job. Two days in & out and a fantastic job. Even with an unforeseen set back with my property they were still able to stay on track. Only regret is not having room in the budget for an outdoor kitchen. Tip: If there is bad weather a day or two prior to your start date, reach out to Roy to see if the ETA is the same. Bad weather could extend the previous job's time, which could extend your start date. Otherwise a thumbs up choice- Tom H.

The Pool BossWe always dreamed of having a pool in our backyard, but we were not certain the dream would become reality. Like many people, the pandemic caused us to rethink our priorities and reflect on how we wanted to spend time as a family. Working with Pool Boss to construct our pool was the best decision. Chris was patient and answered all of our questions about the construction process, permits, design, etc. Our project manager, Joanna, was very responsive and handled all the twists and turns of scheduling the various steps of the build. The plumbers, electricians, designers, and masons were kind and professional. Building a pool is a big investment and a major construction project. Mata Paving and More LLCIn June 2020. I hired Mata Paving to replace my crumbling brick steps with pavers and limestone and replace my cement walkway with pavers and install coordinating pavers around my flower beds. Carlos listened to me in order to achieve the vision I had in mind. He also made suggestions to enhance the design of the project. Overall, his crew showed up everyday to perform the work and in the end .They left the job site very clean. I was very pleased with the results. His crew did an amazing job! Many of my neighbors have given me compliments. I have called Mata Paving back this year to do my driveway and replace my wooden steps . I will post another review when the work is completed. James and his team take pride in their craft and were easy to work with throughout the project. We had to repair the patio, and replace the walkway and front and back stoops. The finished product is gorgeous and exceeded expectations. I hired Elvis and his team to build custom shelves, install a shower system and minor repairs to my home. They were professional and knowledgeable concerning the jobs contracted. I am ecstatic with the results of their work. Everything was completed on time and cost did not go over budget. I was so impressed with the work that I contracted for them to install a retaking wall and repair some fencing on my property for the spring. I have had the fencing repaired 3 times prior by other people. Not one mentioned my main problem was a lack of a retaining wall. I trust that Elvis and his crew will finally fix the issues I have with soil erosion.
