"My keys went missing during a bus trip to Darien Lake. I had NO idea what to do so I called AAA and they connected me to Infinity Lock and Key. When the service call came through to them Nick called me directly to verify what exactly I needed and then he provided an ETA that was spot on. He was helpful, professional and very reasonable. He made me 2 new keys and reprogrammed my backup key fob that hasn't worked properly for years. Nick did not drive a company vehicle with a logo on the side, but don’t let that fool you. This is a top rate company and I was VERY pleased with the service provided. "
