Infinity Lock & Key

My keys went missing during a bus trip to Darien Lake. I had NO idea what to do so I called AAA and they connected me to Infinity Lock and Key. When the service call came through to them Nick called me directly to verify what exactly I needed and then he provided an ETA that was spot on. He was helpful, professional and very reasonable. He made me 2 new keys and reprogrammed my backup key fob that hasn't worked properly for years. Nick did not drive a company vehicle with a logo on the side, but don’t let that fool you. This is a top rate company and I was VERY pleased with the service provided.

I have a Subaru and I locked my keys in my trunk. The locksmith came right away to help and I am very pleased with the service I received. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for later in the week to get a spare car key made. Convenient and the prices are very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

They were quick, fast, and very knowledgeable of all of our complicated locks. He was willing to look at everything we had and did the work on the fly (even as we added more and more things for him to do). The locks we had were old and were complex. It was a little pricey though within what seems to be the range (just somewhat on high range and they did give us discount and they really did do a lot of work in the end). Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly recommend them as someone who can do things very well - and can be at your door at a moment's notice (literally did it same day).
