Once we accepted, they went right to work. It took them approximately 1.5 hours to change all of the locks, some of which were more than 40 years old. Once completed, they gave us our new keys, we gave them a check and the job was done. Overall, a very pleasant experience

"Not thrilled with services. Both individuals were very friendly which made it more difficult to try to get things done right. Always felt like it was a 'do it the cheapest & quickest way possible.' Didn't balance ceiling fans; Cobb job replacing heat grate. Wanted to do only 1 coat of paint instead of 2. Never knew if they were being honest about the work being done or making up "alternative facts."
