"I was very pleased with O'Brien Brother's Contracting for a recent roof repair due to a leak. Eddie came the day that I contacted him. He was the fourth estimate that I received and proved to be very knowledgeable about the matter, including that the GAF shingle color that I have is no longer produced. That said, he was able to make some phone calls while standing on my roof and located a place with some remaining supply of the color shingle that is on my roof. The repair was quick and looks terrific. I will hire him again the next time I need a roof repair. Eddie also removed an old satellite dish and stump of an old electrical connection, and the roof looks great."

Nick arrived on time for the job and made a thorough assessment of the damage within an hour. There was far more damage than anticipated. Unbeknownst to me, there was also has no insulation in the roof. I was given a very fair price to have all the rotted wood replaced and install insulation. Every roofing detail was covered and a new gutter provided. They cleaned up well and even spackled a few areas in the ceiling below (removal of decades old, rotted wood was brutal) affected by vibrations. The AAA Home Construction team demonstrated great integrity and quality workmanship. ABC recommended changing the shingles with a peel & stick rubber roof for the flatter part of our roof. They explained why, with pictures of my and other roofs. They told us that the underlying plywood was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, but explained why we had a leak. They didn't try to upsell me, just genuinely told me what needed to be done, and did it in a way that built trust. Why 5 stars?: First, their estimate came in lower than another company I also sourced from Angi. Secondly, they were very responsive to my messages. Third, they scheduled their work around my availability and showed up early and finished on time. Finally, they did high-quality, timely, and thorough work. I'd rehire them in a minute.
